What These Terms Cover
These terms govern your access to the Trybe website, the public waitlist, referral links, and related content made available through trybe.travel.
Eligibility and Accuracy
- You must provide accurate information when joining the waitlist.
- You must not impersonate someone else, use someone else's email, or create automated or fake signups.
- You are responsible for keeping your referral link and inbox access secure.
Waitlist and Referrals
- Joining the waitlist does not guarantee app access, launch timing, or any particular reward.
- Waitlist ordering and referral rewards may change as we test and refine the launch process.
- We may remove or adjust referrals created through spam, abuse, bots, misleading promotion, or other behaviour that undermines the fairness of the waitlist.
Privacy and Communications
Your use of the website and waitlist is also subject to our Privacy Policy. By joining the waitlist, you agree that we may send service-related messages needed to operate it, such as verification emails, referral-link emails, support replies, and important launch updates related to your place on the waitlist.
Optional marketing or broader launch updates are only sent where you choose to opt in.
Acceptable Use
- Do not interfere with the website, abuse the waitlist, scrape the site, or try to access systems you are not authorized to use.
- Do not use the waitlist or referral system to send spam, harvest data, or mislead other users.
Content and Intellectual Property
The Trybe website, branding, visuals, copy, and related content are owned by Trybe or its licensors. These terms do not give you ownership of that material.
Availability and Changes
We may change, pause, or remove any part of the website or waitlist at any time. We may also update these terms from time to time by publishing a revised version on this page.
Suspension or Removal
We may suspend access to the website, remove a waitlist entry, or refuse use of referral features where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or respond to a material breach of these terms.
Where it is reasonable to do so, we may instead ask you to correct the issue before taking action.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the website and waitlist are provided on an as-is basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any feature will remain available in its current form.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law, including rights that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
